Exchange Policy

  • Products purchased from our website can be exchanged at the nearest ZStarShoes outlet within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, and you must provide the original receipt.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange; unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges will only be processed if the requested replacement product is available in our outlets.
  • Accessories (excluding belts) are not eligible for exchange.
  • Claims and exchanges will be processed based on the current price of the product.

Exchange Process

  1. Visit your nearest ZStarShoes outlet with the original receipt and product.
  2. Our staff will inspect the product to confirm it meets the exchange criteria.
  3. If the replacement product has a higher value than the original purchase, the price difference must be paid in cash at the outlet.
  4. Once approved, you will receive a replacement product from the available stock.
